- Two UVC (Universal Vision Controller) systems are integrated into the production line, one with the TF2 machine and another for the Ossid machine.
- Supports multi-camera configurations for comprehensive Product Vision Inspection
- Hosts Print Vision Inspection to verify variable data elements such as lot number, expiration date, manufacturing code, and 2D data matrices
- Enables inspection tracking and statistics, supports line clearance procedures, and manages batch/lot loading operations
Seamless Automation with PharmaMed Robotics
To eliminate manual handling and reduce contamination risk, we’ve integrated PharmaMed’s robotic loader, transfer, and unloader systems. These robotic arms precisely:

Load suture products into formed blisters with consistent orientation

Transfer blisters between the TF2 and Ossid machine with gentle, accurate motion

Unload sealed packages for sleaving, further sterilization, and processing

Once loaded, trays move to the Ossid 800 Series form, fill, and seal machine. Known for its speed and flexibility, the 800 Series applies top web, evacuates air, and seals each tray with medical-grade precision. The result?
