an award‑winner. The PR‑12 and PR‑24 Plunger Rod Insertion & Labeling Systems earned the 2025 Technology Excellence Award at PACK EXPO for their breakthrough approach to high‑speed, high‑control syringe handling.
Powered by patented ATR Technology, the PR‑12 and PR‑24 automatically regulate torque during plunger rod insertion, protecting the aseptic seal while delivering unmatched consistency. After insertion and torquing, the integrated WLS X5 label head prints, inspects, and applies labels in continuous motion, supported by WLS vacuum drum technology and an automated label reconciler for removing failed labels.
Designed for efficiency and flexibility, the PR‑12 runs up to 300 ppm, while the PR‑24 reaches 600 ppm, all within a compact footprint that streamlines syringe production and minimizes waste.
