WLS has announced the appointment of Chaz Briggs to the new position of Field Service Supervisor.
WLS has a unique approach to field service, with the ultimate objective of their service organization to provide world-class support over the life of the machine.
WLS’s full-time, factory-trained field service technicians provide installation & start-up assistance for new machines, as well as retrofits, upgrades, rebuilds, and spare parts for existing equipment, and emergency service when needed.
Chaz has worked in multiple roles in WLS — most recently as a Project Manager — in which he has gained experience serving WLS customers and contributing to WLS’s customer-focused culture, and is currently transitioning to his new role.
Chaz is eager to contribute to WLS’s legacy of top-notch aftermarket support! He had this to say, “I love the feeling of a finished project to look back on and be proud of, and what our team accomplished for our customers. It doesn’t matter how big or small the task.”
Chaz has lived in Moorestown, NJ (where WLS is located) for much of his life. He attended Rutgers University School of Business, and is PMP certified. Chaz is an avid sports fan, having played hockey for many of his formative years on the rinks right near WLS, and rooting for the Philadelphia teams.
