Along with NJM equipment covering bottle and product handling, labeling, outserting and the new high-speed CFE Tablet Counter, NJM is experienced in designing, integrating and managing complex multi-vendor projects, working seamlessly with trusted third-party distribution partners in addition to ProMach brands such as Pace Packaging, Zalkin, Shuttleworth, WLS, Serpa, Axon and more.
Collaboration that drives performance ➡️ a fully integrated system that ensures efficient, high-quality packaging of pharmaceutical and consumer products. The process begins with the NJM tablet counter, which manages the precise filling of bottles and tablets or capsules. After filling, bottles move onto the Shuttleworth accumulation tables. These tables act as buffers, balancing product flow between machines and preventing bottlenecks. These accumulation tables can also be purchased from and serviced by WLS. Bottles then proceed to the NJM or WLS labelers, which apply product identification and regulatory labels. Once labeled, bottles are transferred to Serpa cartoners, which package them into cartons for retail or distribution. Cartons are then grouped and packed into larger shipping cases using Serpa case packers. Finally, cases are stacked onto pallets by Serpa palletizers.
These long-standing relationships allow NJM to align project scope and deliverables, user requirements specifications (URS), controls philosophies, validation expectations and timeline, reducing integration risk and improving overall execution.
