Featuring two Pharmaworks technologies, and focusing on one relevant topic
Welcome to the May 2022 edition of Pharmaworks Features & Focus.
In this regular publication, we highlight two Pharmaworks technologies for blister packaging operations, and we take a deep dive into one topic of relevance for users of blister packaging equipment.
This month, the technologies we are featuring are our TF1 Blister Machine and our portfolio of Product Handling/Feeding Systems. And the topic we will be focusing on is Vision System Obsolescence.
The new TF1 Blister Machine
The TF1 is a cost-effective blister machine suited to low-volume production. Built with simplicity in mind, this entry-level machine requires minimal training and minimal maintenance. Delivering the same features as more complex machines, the TF1 is designed to be easy to operate and affordable, while offering straightforward cleanability and quick changeover.
Pharmaworks Product Handling / Feeding Systems
Pharmaworks has a wide variety of feeding systems both standard as well as custom built. Ranging from our FF series of flood feeders to our FT series of dedicated tube type feeders up to our FA series of pick and place feeders our systems can accommodate virtually any product.
Our Focus topic for this edition is Vision Systems, and specifically Vision System Obsolescence. Our Vision Systems expert, Peter Buczynsky, wrote a two part white paper on this topic last year, and because of the importance of this subject and the popularity of his paper, we are revisiting it here.
