ZPI Monitor & Report is a software-based production line data collection, monitoring, and reporting system that lives on a customer’s local area network.
Using Monitor & Report, customers can capture and analyze packaging line performance data in real-time, identify the root causes of line downtime, and then implement corrective actions to eliminate it.
This software solution provides in-depth support for continuous improvement initiatives, overall equipment effectiveness (OEE), key performance indicators (KPI), total productive maintenance (TPM) programs, Six Sigma projects, day-to-day production management, and real-time line monitoring and alerts to accelerate downtime troubleshooting.
