ProMach Pharma Business Line in New York City!
We’re gearing up for Interphex 2018! NJM and WLS are coming together at Interphex for the first time under the ProMach Pharma Business Line banner. Acquired by ProMach in May 2017, WLS designs and manufactures state-of-the-art high-speed labeling, serialization and coding solutions, backed by more than 25 years of experience. Combined with NJM’s offerings, the Pharma Business Line provides bottle unscrambling, tablet counting, capping, labeling, conveying, cottoning and sealing systems, as well as turnkey line integration services.
Ideal for bottling tablets, capsules and softgels, the NJM Cremer CFS-622*4 tablet counting and filling machine with Optel’s CountSafe vision inspection system achieves 100% counting accuracy at high speeds and 100% rejection of rogue doses, defects, broken product and foreign material.
For aseptic vial filling and closing, the Dara SX-310-RDL seals vials with RayDyLyo caps, eliminating the crimping required with traditional aluminum closures to simplify the packaging operation and speed throughput.
If high-speed capping is needed, check out the beltorque from NJM. Rivaling the speeds of complex rotary cappers, this in-line system offers simpler mechanics, faster changeovers and lower maintenance while achieving precise torque and gentle handling to maximize product quality.
Also on display from NJM is the TE-20 tablet elevator for loading the tablet hopper at a comfortable height, as well as the Trotter W pressure sensitive labeler integrated with Optel’s BottleTracker for in-line serialization.
A section of the ProMach Pharma Business Line booth will be dedicated to ZPI, an innovator in packaging line performance data collection and analysis that recommends improvements based on modeling and testing. Watch the video in our booth to find out more about what they do.
